It’s worth noting that there is a very big difference being: -A) Spent on missiles (which they aren’t) -B) Exhausted on launchers temporarily (possible) -C) Exhausted on coordination, resupply, and even people to fire the damn things because the chain of command got obliterated. Iran is likely currently dealing with B & C. Which are recoverable, and why they may be trying to buy more time. They could also be continuing to make small waves at Israel to test different regional air defences, where they would then launch a larger barrage if they found somewhere with air defence that was exhausted or damaged.
