Turing's 1936 book "On Computable Numbers and Judgment Problems" introduced the concept of Turing machines to abstractly express computability, thus laying the foundation for the large-scale development of the computer industry in the past 100 years, and achieving the success of companies such as Microsoft/Apple that directly operate computer products (first/second market value, famous for Jobs/Bill Gates). Turing's 1938 book "Logic Systems Based on Ordinals" introduced the oracle Turing machine to solve relatively computable problems (non computable decision problems), and perhaps the abstract theory presented in this paper could lead to greater industry success. We call this industry the complex adaptive industry. Adaptive=decentralized arbitration. The oracle Turing machine is an abstract mechanical device that can determine problems/relatively computable problems, just like the abstract mechanical device Turing machine for computable problems. BTC was the first enterprise under this theory, similar to the Turing based enterprise Apple Inc. A point-to-point electronic currency system ", where point-to-point refers to the UTXO structure of absolute sovereignty, electronic currency refers to applications, and the system refers to the decentralized arbitration system constructed using the relative calculation of the oracle Turing machine device and the superpoor inductive iterative technique of ordinal numbers in Turing's doctoral thesis" Logic Systems Based on Ordinances ". The Bitcoin system only solves one problem, the double spending problem, which can be translated into a general term: the decentralized arbitration problem, also known as the adaptive problem. There is a decentralized arbitration system for UTXO+BTC transfer in the Bitcoin system. So we can share Bitcoin's UTXO and use the same decentralized arbitration techniques as BTC to construct a series of decentralized arbitration systems parallel to BTC transfer, thus achieving the implementation of various Bitcoin based UTXO applications.
