All living beings share a common chain of 'cause and effect', where there is a general ledger of the behavior of all living beings, including all humans. The principle of this ledger is causality, which not only records all actions, but also all thoughts and ideas, whether big or small, are recorded in the ledger without any omissions; And this public chain also has the most intelligent smart contract, where everything that happens is automatically executed by cause and effect. Attempting to leave this' public chain 'and cross the chain to a higher dimensional' ledger '(the Western Pure Land) is extremely difficult. There are only a few in the entire history of humanity who have achieved this feat. Crossing the chain to a higher dimensional public chain, in layman's terms, is cultivation. Successful cross chain individuals are referred to as' immortals' or 'Buddhas'. The cross chain approach is what Buddha called 'awakening'. Interestingly, according to Buddha's teachings, all sentient beings have the ability to cross chains, which is "inherent in themselves" and does not require external seeking. The sentient beings trapped on this chain have no inherent superiority or inferiority (all sentient beings are equal), and all have the factor of awakening. However, due to "reversing dreams", they cannot enter the "higher dimensional ledger".
