According to Xinhua News Agency, Zhu Hexin, Vice President of the People's Bank of China and Director of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, said at the 2025 Lujiazui Forum that the State Administration of Foreign Exchange would implement a package of foreign exchange innovation policies in the pilot free trade zone. 10 facilitation policies, including optimizing new international trade settlements and expanding the pilot program for Qualified Foreign Limited Partners (QFLP), actively support the upgrading strategy of free trade pilot zones.
