Thai SEC opens new rules for digital asset listing for public consultation

According to Golden Finance, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Thailand has opened for public consultation on new rules for the listing of digital assets, with a deadline of July 21, 2025. The new regulations will allow exchanges to list and issue their own tokens, but require strengthened information disclosure to prevent insider trading.
