This subscription raised £ 3795259 (before fees) by issuing 766719 new ordinary shares with a face value of £ 0.001 each at a price of £ 4.95 per share. On June 19th, Smarter Web Company announced that it has purchased an additional 104.28 bitcoins under its "Ten Year Plan", with an average price of approximately $104500 and a total amount of £ 8.108 million.
