The company will be a publicly traded entity on Nasdaq at the conclusion of the proposed business combination between my private company ProCap BTC, LLC and Columbus Circle Capital Corp I, a publicly traded SPAC. The ticker for the publicly traded entity right now is CCCM. As part of the business combination, I have raised over 750 million, which is the largest initial fundraise in history for a publicly-traded bitcoin treasury company. We are fortunate to have raised this capital from some of the leading institutional investors on Wall Street, along with many of the top crypto investors globally. ProCap Financial will focus on acquiring bitcoin for its balance sheet, while also developing products and services to produce revenue and profit from the bitcoin on our balance sheet over time.
