ProCap Financial raises over $750 million and will go public through SPAC 'backdoor' listing

According to Golden Finance, ProCap Financial, supported by cryptocurrency investor Anthony Pompliano, announced that it has raised over $750 million (including $235 million in convertible bonds) and will go public through a special acquisition company (SPAC) established in partnership with Columbus Circle Capital Corp. I. The company's goal is to hold up to $1 billion in Bitcoin on its balance sheet and generate revenue through a full stack, Bitcoin denominated financial services platform.
