Global listed companies net bought $198 million worth of Bitcoin last week

BlockBeats News: On June 23, according to SoSoValue data, as of June 23, 2025 Eastern Time, the total net inflow of Bitcoin allocated by global listed companies (excluding mining companies) last week was $198 million. Among them, Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) has continued to increase its holdings for 11 consecutive weeks, investing $26 million last week to increase its holdings of 245 BTC at a price of $105856, bringing its total holdings to 592345 BTC. Japanese listed company Metaplanet invested $118 million last week to increase its holdings of 1111 BTC at a price of $106408, bringing its total holdings to 11111 BTC. Four other listed companies joined the BTC new purchase list last week, purchasing a total of $53.82 million. Among them: ·Prenetics, a US healthcare company, established its first Bitcoin reserve and spent $20 million on the initial purchase, increasing its holdings by 187.4 at a price of $106712; ·French Web3 service company Blockchain Group spent $19.6 million to increase its holdings of 182 BTC at a price of $107484, bringing its total holdings to 1653 BTC; ·The Smarter Web, a British digital advertising company, spent $10.89 million to increase its holdings of 104.3 BTC at a price of $104451, bringing its total holdings to 346.6 BTC; ·Japanese clothing company ANAP spent $3.33 million to increase its holdings by 31.2 BTC at a price of $106790, bringing its total holdings to 184.7 BTC. These newcomers come from four countries, France, the UK, Japan, and the US, covering multiple industries, indicating that more and more non-traditional cryptocurrency companies are accelerating the inclusion of Bitcoin in their balance sheets. Companies that use Bitcoin as a strategic reserve are showing a trend of "industry wide diversification and regional diversification". According to SoSoValue statistics, the number of non mining listed companies holding over 100 bitcoins has increased to 21. As of press time, the total amount of Bitcoin held by global listed companies (excluding mining companies) in the statistics is 655520 BTC, with a current market value of approximately $66.3 billion, accounting for 3.3% of the circulating market value of Bitcoin.
