Belgravia Hartford, a listed company, plans to raise CAD 10 million to increase its holdings of Bitcoin

According to Golden Finance, Canadian listed company Belgravia Hartford Capital Inc. announced that it will issue up to 40 million shares of stock through non brokerage private placement to raise CAD 10 million in funds. All proceeds from this stock issuance will be dedicated to purchasing Bitcoin to support the company's Bitcoin reserve strategy.
