This newly completed road on Ransford Close in Portmore reflects the mission of the SPARK Programme, to deliver high-quality roads with proper drainage, sidewalks, and safe property access across Jamaica. SPARK prioritizes community and housing scheme roads, many of which have been overlooked for years. While we can’t fix every road at once, Phase One will rehabilitate or reconstruct 680 roads islandwide. This is the start of a long-term national investment in road infrastructure. Beyond highways, we’re focused on the roads that take you to school, work, the market, and home. We understand the concerns, and we’re taking action.
