REX Shares: Solana Pledged ETF to be launched soon

Odaily Planet Daily News: REX Shares announced on X platform that the Solana staking ETF "REX Osprey SOL+Staking ETF" is about to be launched (coming soon). It is reported that the ETF aims to track Solana's performance and generate income through on chain staking. It is also said that the ETF is the first staking cryptocurrency ETF in the United States. In addition, Bloomberg senior ETF analyst Eric Balchunas disclosed on X platform that the US Securities and Exchange Commission has stated that they have no further comments, so it appears that they are ready to launch. Previously, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued a warning to REX Shares and Osprey Funds, stating that their proposed pledged Ethereum and Solana ETFs may not meet the definition of "investment company" under the Investment Company Act and fail to meet the legal compliance requirements for ETFs.
