The latest Q2 2025 report released by BitMEX shows that extreme volatility in Bitcoin funding rates has decreased by 90% since 2016, indicating that the cryptocurrency derivatives market is gradually maturing. The report points out that the annualized volatility of Bitcoin has significantly narrowed to the range of ± 10%, which is the first stability in the history of Bitcoin derivatives.
