The Securities Commission of Malaysia (SC) has released a consultation document proposing to allow eligible digital assets to be listed directly on exchanges without prior approval, while strengthening governance and customer asset segregation requirements for the DAX platform. The new regulations will also raise the financial threshold for platforms to enhance operational resilience and market confidence.
