Virtuals Protocol announces governance portal now online

According to official sources, Virtuals Protocol has announced that the governance portal is now online. The operation is as follows: wallets holding at least 0.10% of the total veVIRTUAL amount can create proposals, which will enter a 72 hour discussion window after submission. Voting is prohibited during this stage. After the window is closed, the protocol captures a snapshot of the veVIRTUAL balance and permanently locks the voting rights of each wallet. Continuing with a 72 hour voting period, Virgens will vote 'yes' or' no 'on the chain. At the end of the voting, at least 25% of the total veVIRTUAL participation is required for the results to be valid. A simple majority (50%+1) will determine the results, and approved resolutions will be implemented through financial governance mechanisms; If the quorum is not reached, the proposal becomes invalid and can be resubmitted.
