Storm stated that its legal team intends to respond to the allegations of personal use of illegal profits during his tenure at Tornado Cash during the trial. However, he refused to disclose whether he would testify in court to defend himself against allegations of money laundering, conspiring to operate unlicensed remittance institutions, and conspiring to violate US sanctions.
