According to Decrypt, Detroit has sued the encrypted real estate platform Real Token and its 165 affiliated limited liability companies, stating that this is the largest pollution reduction lawsuit to date. The lawsuit claims that Real Token, a blockchain based real estate investment platform, failed to meet the health and safety requirements of the 400 properties it manages, putting tenants in a dangerous situation.
