Hilbert Group announces launch of Bitcoin based cryptocurrency treasury plan

According to Golden Finance, Swedish digital asset investment company Hilbert Group AB (NASDAQ: HILB B) announced the launch of a comprehensive cryptocurrency treasury strategy with Bitcoin as the main reserve asset. The plan has been unanimously approved by the board of directors, aimed at responding to the growing interest of institutions in encrypted treasury assets. The treasury strategy will be supervised by a dedicated treasury committee, chaired by Chief Investment Officer Russell Thompson. Hilbert is currently evaluating multiple financing proposals from institutional partners that will provide significant capital deployment capabilities across different batches.
