There's massive demand for tokenized stocks. Both private and public. So much demand - that investors are willing to settle for subpar SPV equity IOU products because they can't get the real thing. U.S. equity markets have an access problem. They're not global, they're not 24/7, and private companies aren't going public anymore because its too cumbersome and expensive. Tokenized stocks exports U.S. equities to the world the way stablecoins export the dollar. We need the right regulator standards to do this well. I'm hopeful people like @HesterPeirce and Paul Atkins at the @SECGov help us find a way to get real stocks onchain. The SEC has a chance to lead here.
