Robinhood Vlad Tenev stated that since the announcement, the company has received a large number of requests from private enterprises, hoping to use the platform to open its own shares in the form of blockchain tokens to retail investors. The platform is currently only open in the EU region, offering over 200 tradable US stock tokens traded five days a week. The platform has also launched non trading token giveaways for private companies, including OpenAI and SpaceX.
