We're seeing great speed of execution and hustle across most teams right now. Ingesting new hires who are getting up speed quickly (positively contributing in their first week is what I push for). Also introducing lots of AI across the company (everything with text as input or output), and hosting monthly trainings for all software engineers on best practices with AI tools.
