Canadian listed Bitcoin Lightning Network Technology Company LQWD plans to raise $9 million to increase its holdings of Bitcoin

According to Golden Finance, LQWD Technologies, a Canadian listed Bitcoin Lightning Network technology company, announced that it plans to raise up to CAD 12.3 million (approximately USD 9 million) through the issuance of common stock in response to the growing demand from strategic investors and existing shareholders. The company intends to use the net proceeds of this issuance to acquire Bitcoin as operating assets for its scalable Lightning Network services business, as well as for general corporate purposes. The stock issuance fundraising is expected to be completed on July 10-11.
