Ripple's RLUSD stablecoin circulation exceeds $500 million Since its launch in December 2024, Ripple's USD pegged stablecoin RLUSD has exceeded $500 million in circulation within seven months. RLUSD is issued on XRP Ledger and Ethereum, and currently ranks among the top 20 stablecoins in the world, with a daily trading volume of approximately $26 million. The currency is supported by cash, cash equivalents and short-term US treasury bond bonds, and the dollar is anchored 1:1. Currently, Ripple is seeking a National Trust Bank license in the United States to directly hold customer deposits and issue RLUSD. Overall, the total market value of the US dollar stablecoin market has approached 250 billion US dollars, accounting for over 95% of the total stablecoin market.
