Wu Shuo learned that Delin Holdings (01709 HK) has announced that it is working with Asset to promote the RWA tokenization project. The initial plan is to tokenize assets with a total value of up to HKD 500 million on the chain and distribute them in physical form to eligible users with token assets not exceeding HKD 60 million. The relevant assets include properties in Central Hong Kong and equity in its funds. The implementation of the project will depend on the approval and compliance requirements of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.
