BTC's Daily Volatility is sitting at a low point since breaching the 100K price region. We've not seen price as compressed as it is right now which usually means a larger move is due. Keep in mind, this says nothing about which direction that move will occur. But it can help you in terms of your expectations and size of the move. I mainly use this to determine whether I think a breakout has legs or if it will just be short lived. In this case, I'm assuming a breakout (in either direction) likely moves further as there's so many positions built up during this compression. So I will be less likely to fade the move and more likely to hop onto any momentum that might form.
