Where are we getting 67.5 billion for this project? Where are we finding 45 billion to fund SPARK?And how did we provide 1 billion in direct support to 50,000 Jamaicans not on PATH or any other programme? It came from good governance and sound economic management. Because we’ve managed the economy responsibly, we are now seeing the dividends. That’s how we’re funding infrastructure, social support, and national development, without raising taxes or borrowing recklessly. Good economic management is as valuable as discovering oil. Without it, growth outpaces infrastructure, services decline, and opportunities disappear. With continued discipline, we will stay on this path and ensure that what’s promised is delivered.
