The last daily level "second and third level reversal overbought" of Ethereum ETH occurred in March 2024. After this round of signals appeared, it did correspond to a significant decline, but I won't use it as a basis that will definitely work next time just because it was "right" this time. Signals are not necessarily a reason to bet on direction, they are used to remind me that risks may be on the rise. I never pursue seeing or betting right when trading. What I am more concerned about is whether I have seen the risk in advance and whether I have the ability to handle it. The foundation of sustained profitability is always risk management, and the first step in risk management is to identify risks.
