Buddy, the bill is a great start. But if you don’t divorce formularies from the Pbm or affiliates, they will just find another way beyond rebates to auction off formulary positioning. It makes zero sense to have PBMs control what meds are available to any population. There are plenty of better ways to get healthier outcomes. At a far lower cost.
