Almonty announced this week that it will go public in the United States, with former senior officials of the US Department of Defense and former Director of the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) of the Biden administration's Department of Commerce, Alan Estevez, and former Army Lieutenant General Gustave F. Perna, joining the board of directors.
