Plasma will launch XPL for public sale on July 16th, with 10% of the supply allocated to participants

According to Foresight News, Plasma officially announced that the public sale of XPL will begin at 21:00 on July 16, 2025, with a total sales volume of 10% of the XPL supply, approximately 1000000000 XPLs. The distribution of XPL for this sale is as follows: XPL for non US buyers will be fully unlocked upon the launch of Plasma mainnet public testing, while XPL for US buyers will be unlocked on July 28, 2026 after a 12-month lock up period. XPL is the native token of Plasma blockchain, used to facilitate transactions and reward network supporters who verify transactions. The total supply is 10 billion XPLs.
