Cosmos: will temporarily suspend the launch of EVM platform on Cosmos Hub

According to Foresight News, Cosmos has reviewed the first six months of the new Cosmos and provided an outlook on its future development path, stating that it will focus on the advantages of the Cosmos Stack and Cosmos Hub as the Layer-1 ecosystem in the next six months. And recent work has shown that the cost of launching virtual machines on the Hub is high, which may disrupt the user experience of the Hub's most important users and require significant resources and time to catch up with the existing L1 ecosystem. Therefore, it has decided to temporarily suspend the launch of the EVM platform on Cosmos Hub, but will continue to invest in the Cosmos EVM L1 stack to support builders in releasing their own EVM chains.
