BitMEX will migrate its data center to Tokyo on August 23rd, during which services will be temporarily suspended

According to the official BitMEX blog, the BitMEX platform will undergo data center migration from AWS Dublin to AWS Tokyo on August 23, 2025, from 02:00 to 07:00 UTC. During the migration period, all services such as websites, mobile applications, transactions, deposits, and withdrawals will be temporarily unavailable. After the migration is completed, the system will have at least 15 minutes of "only cancellable" mode before resuming normal trading. This migration does not require users to change API connection settings, but it is recommended that users test API integration in advance to ensure a smooth transition.
