There are some people intentionally spreading false information about the class action I filed, on behalf of ALL Linqto customers, against Bill Sarris, the founder and former CEO of Linqto. First, I have publicly, and in writing, stated that I will NOT be seeking a fee for my time and efforts and that any and ALL settlement funds or recovery, if any, will go to help make Linqto customers whole. I will not make a dime and will not be reimbursed for my time. Second, suing the founder and former CEO is NOT siding with, or endorsing, the current CEO of Linqto. Calling Bill Sarris (the founder) a bad guy, who defrauded thousands of customers, who is being investigated for fraud by the DOJ, and soon, likely to be criminally indicted, does NOT mean I endorse current management. Third, I did not “push” for Linqto to file Bankruptcy. I simply predicted that the current management would in fact file for bankruptcy protection. I stated any efforts to prevent the bankruptcy should happen BEFORE the bankruptcy filing. Predicting something is not the same as endorsing something. In fact, I stated publicly that had I been the CEO of Linqto I would’ve likely NOT filed bankruptcy but attempted to fix the problems while working with regulators. Finally, as it relates to the bogus claim, made by the soon to be indicted and arrested former CEO of Linqto, that I should be disqualified from representing Linqto customers (pro bono) because HE believed, somehow, I was ALSO his lawyer (apparently I work for free for everyone - including multi-millionaire CEOs), my response to his motion will prove he’s lying. In fact, I specifically warned Sarris that if he was lying and really did defraud innocent investors, many of whom trusted him with their entire life savings, I would sue him myself, and do it for free! I challenge anyone to read the Complaint (👇) - based on INDISPUTABLE FACTS - and then try and argue that Sarris doesn’t deserve to go down. But at the same time, that doesn’t mean I agree with the way current management has handled this situation - because I don’t.
