10T Holdings merges with 1RoundTable to form new entity 50T and launches $500 million new fund

According to Golden Finance, cryptocurrency venture capital firm 10T Holdings announced its merger with 1RoundTable Partners (1RT) and renamed it 50T. The entity will focus on digital asset business and emphasize a structured downside protection investment strategy. At the same time, 50T has also launched a new fund called 50T Fund with a scale of $500 million, which is expected to complete its first private equity financing in the fourth quarter of this year.
