Yet again, borrowing is higher than "expected". Our economy is on a doom loop of higher taxes, low growth and increased debt. The @OBR_UK, @bankofengland and @hmtreasury have consistently got it wrong for over a decade. Maybe they shouldn't have sabotaged the Mini-Budget.
