FTX will conduct its next round of compensation on September 30th, reducing the reserve for dispute claims by nearly $2 billion

According to Golden Finance, FTX announced that the next round of compensation will begin on September 30, 2025, with the relevant record date being August 15, 2025. The compensation targets include approved customer claims (Class 5), ordinary unsecured claims (Class 6), and convenient claims that have not participated in front wheel compensation. At the same time, the US bankruptcy court approved FTX to reduce its dispute claims reserve from $6.5 billion to $4.3 billion, releasing nearly $2 billion for compensation. Compensation will be distributed through BitGo, Kraken, and Payoneer. FTX reminds customers to be aware of phishing risks and emphasizes that they will not require a wallet connection.
