Bitcoin native financial services company ProCap has submitted a draft S-4 registration statement to the US SEC

According to a report by Golden Finance, ProCap BTC, LLC, a Bitcoin native financial services company supported by cryptocurrency investor Anthony Pompliano, announced that it has secretly submitted a draft S-4 registration statement to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with Columbus Circle Capital Corp, a Nasdaq listed company, seeking approval for a business merger transaction between the two companies. The proposed transaction must meet customary closing conditions, including approval from shareholders of olumbus Circle Capital Corp.
