The South Korean Presidential Office: The Minister of Industry proposed a mutually beneficial plan to the US Secretary of Commerce, and the US expressed interest. I have not heard any news about extending the deadline for negotiations on August 1st. The foreign exchange issue in South Korea is beyond the scope of normal negotiations and has been included in the negotiation agenda.
