The biggest advantage of long-term trading is its high fault tolerance, which eliminates the need to focus on the market. However, long-term trading is particularly important for asset selection. Among the assets I have held for more than one cycle, DOT is probably the most unsuccessful. It's not that I didn't make money on DOT, but it was too idealistic. If I remember correctly, in 2022, the exchange rate between DOT and SOL was 1:1 or even lower, meaning that one DOT could exchange for one SOL. If all the DOTs in my hand were replaced with SOLs, I would have been able to work less for at least 5 years. However, the result is that the DOT I hold in my hand is neither selling nor not selling. Therefore, choosing the target is really important. If I plan to hold it for the long term, it is still the most suitable asset as a top asset. I have also held other BTC and ETH for more than one cycle, so they are relatively stable. This article is sponsored by Bitget | @ Bitgetzh
