BlueHub is a predatory lender that preys on economically disadvantaged homeowners, especially in communities like Roxbury, Mattapan, Fall River, New Bedford, Lawrence, Holyoke, Brockton, or Springfield. BlueHub was sued by homeowners over its deceptive and misleading practices. But the CEO of BlueHub is @maura_healey’s good friend. So, @MassGovernor signed a law preventing homeowners from suing BlueHub. 😡 Whoever wins the Republican Primary for Governor - @MikeKennealy, @ShortsleeveMA or @MikeMinogueABMD - MUST run ads regarding BlueHub. Tbh, I envy an opportunity to debate @MassGovernor on many issues, but especially on BlueHub. As a lawyer who’s spent my entire legal career representing victims of Corporate Greed what @maura_healey did is an absolute disgrace and it’s political corruption to the core. And guess who gets screwed the most - economically disadvantaged people and people of color - you know, the people politicians like @MassGovernor and @EdMarkey claim to represent.
