For entities renting intelligent computing power, the city level will provide a maximum rental subsidy of 30%, and recommend applying for national smart voucher subsidies. According to the principle of "early compensation for small subsidies", the city level will provide a maximum rental subsidy of 1 year and a maximum of 100%. Provide up to 10% construction support for deployment projects of autonomous intelligent computing power facilities, and accelerate the cultivation of an AI autonomous ecosystem. Several measures also mention supporting technological innovation in key cutting-edge directions such as basic theories, methods, and tools of artificial intelligence, new generation general artificial intelligence, intelligent chips, embodied intelligence, intelligent software, brain computer interfaces, and intelligent computing systems. The maximum support will be up to 30% and 50 million yuan based on the approved total project investment. Support various innovative entities to participate in national major projects, strategic platforms, and tasks such as unveiling and leading, apply for municipal supporting projects, and provide up to 50 million yuan in support.
