I took a deep dive into the new SUI treasury vehicle (Ticker MCVT). It’s pretty interesting; 1. It has the EXCLUSIVE backing of the SUI foundation. 2. It is headed by a very strong and experienced bunch of operators. 3. They have an ambitious roadmap as well as some unique ideas to generate yield. 4. They raised the majority in cash and will deploy soon. 5. Insiders paid just under 6 a share and it’s trading a tiny bit above that. This means you are not paying premiums to NAV yet.
