Invesco Galaxy submits Solana spot ETF listing application to Cboe

According to Cboe BZX exchange documents, Invesco Galaxy has submitted an application to the US Cboe BZX exchange to list and trade the Invesco Galaxy Solana ETF (spot SOL fund). The fund will track the performance of Solana (SOL) spot prices and operate in trust, aiming to provide regulated and transparent SOL investment channels for US investors. The document shows that the assets of the fund only include SOL, cash, and equivalents, and allow some SOL to be pledged on the chain to obtain rewards. The application is currently awaiting approval from the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
