The widow of famous American country singer George Jones suffered XRP fraud, resulting in a loss of up to $17 million

According to FinnceFeeds, Nancy Jones, the widow of the late American country singer George Jones, lost approximately $17 million in a cryptocurrency fraud involving XRP. The case occurred in Tennessee, where Nancy's ex boyfriend Kirk West is suspected of using his access to Nancy's assets to steal over $400000 in cash and a Ledger wallet containing over 5.5 million XRP tokens. Some of the stolen assets have been recovered, but there are still approximately $1.5 million worth of cryptocurrency missing.
