Baishida will shift its strategic investment focus to cryptocurrency assets and rename itself as Z Fin Limited

According to Foresight News, according to an announcement from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Blackstone Holdings Limited (1168. HK) announced that it will explore future developments and investment opportunities in fintech, with a focus on areas such as cryptocurrency, real-world assets (RWA), Web3, and stablecoins. To better reflect the expanded strategic focus, the board of directors recommends changing the company's English name "SINOLINK WORLD HOLDING LIMITED" to "Z Fin Limited" and no longer using the Chinese name "Best Holdings Limited" for identification purposes after the name change takes effect. Baishida stated that the company has actively engaged in strategic layout by investing in Zhong'an Online Property Insurance (6060. HK) and its joint venture company Zhong'an Technology (International) Group Co., Ltd. (ZA Global). It is worth noting that ZA Global wholly owns ZA Bank, the largest digital bank in Hong Kong, which is the first bank in Hong Kong to provide exclusive reserve banking services for stablecoin issuers. ZA Global has also invested in RD Technologies, a participant in the current stablecoin issuer sandbox of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
