Delin Holdings plans to invest $1.29 million in equity of RWA tokenization company Asset

According to an announcement from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Delin Holdings, a Hong Kong listed company, announced that it has signed an equity subscription agreement with RWA tokenized fintech company Asset, conditionally agreeing to subscribe for 77352 shares of Class A common stock issued by Asset, with a total subscription price of USD 1290335 (HKD 10.13 million), to be paid in cash. It is reported that the subscribed shares account for approximately 3.23% of the expanded issued share capital after the Asset subscription.
