今天中國香港的穩定幣條例開始實施，很高興看到全球有不少機構到香港了解或表達希望申請穩定為牌照的意願，絕對有助香港未來發展成為全球Web3中心。 另外，我也要提醒行業從業者及相關機構，穩定為法案開始執行後要根據法例處理或從事穩定幣相關業務。最近有不少行業朋友問到，執行法例後線下的「加密資產找換店」能否兌換和出售有關所謂「穩定幣」，我認為大家要重點留意： 1. 穩定幣條例第六條和第九條的內容細節; 2. ⁠我呼籲各位香港有意參與加密資產投資和交易的朋友，必須使用香港合規交易所進行投資和買賣。 ------------------- Today, the stablecoin regulations in Hong Kong SAR, China, officially come into effect. It’s very encouraging to see numerous global institutions coming to Hong Kong to learn about or express their interest in applying for a stablecoin license, which will undoubtedly contribute to Hong Kong’s future development as a global Web3 hub. Additionally, I’d like to remind industry professionals and relevant institutions that, following the enforcement of the stablecoin legislation, all stablecoin-related activities must comply with the law. Recently, many industry peers have asked whether offline "crypto asset exchange shops" can continue to exchange or sell so-called "stablecoins" after the law takes effect. I believe everyone should pay close attention to the following: 1. The detailed provisions of Articles 6 and 9 of the Stablecoin Ordinance; 2. I urge all friends in Hong Kong who are interested in crypto asset investment and trading to only use "licensed Hong Kong VA exchanges" for their investments and transactions.(Johnny Ng 吴杰庄)
