According to Golden Finance, Shi Ziyuan, the head of self operated investment at Huaxing Capital, stated that through the Digital Asset Declaration 2.0, the Stablecoins Ordinance, and licensing guidelines, it will help attract more mainstream institutions, high-quality capital, and innovative enterprises to enter the market. Previously, Huaxing Capital had invested in Circle Internet Group, and he revealed that Huaxing Capital is applying to expand the coverage of Hong Kong Securities Regulatory Commission's licenses 1, 4, and 9 to digital asset business.
