American Bitcoin is about to complete its merger with Gryphon and list on NASDAQ

Golden Finance reports that significant progress has been made in the merger plan between American Bitcoin Corporation (ABC) and Gryphon Digital Mining. Gryphon has submitted a proxy statement to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on July 31st and will hold a shareholder vote on August 27th. The SEC also approved the S-4 registration statement to take effect, clearing regulatory barriers for the advancement of the transaction.
