UK FCA: Ban on retail customers participating in cryptocurrency derivatives trading will remain in effect

According to a report by Zhitong Finance, the UK financial regulatory agency, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), previously announced that it will open up retail investors to participate in cryptocurrency ETN trading. However, the agency clarified that the ban on retail customers participating in cryptocurrency derivatives trading will remain in effect, and will continue to monitor market development and consider its handling of high-risk investments.
